Did they do the required environmental impact statement? Did they comply with the Wetlands Act, Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act? Did they us union labor? Did they pay at least the minimum wage, plus union wage scales? Was there an appropriate notice and hearing period for public input?
If not, rip it all out with a D-9.
Actually I believe the vegetables were inedible because the soil was enriched with recycled human fertilizer.
