Nothing wrong with a Glock. Very reliable and dirt cheap, low budget sidearm.

Steel is real. :-)

That looks like a P220ST.
Fine weapon.
All steel, as another poster pointed out.

Yes, all steel IS a good thing.

The Glock 19 is a fine weapon. I don’t own one, but I have several friends who do.

THe Kimber is an excellent piece, and so is the Sig Sauer.

I like the 1911 frame and the overall hand feel, even if it is a little heavy. I have often wondered what it would feel like in other metals. I see where UA Arms has them in aluminum and titanium, but have never tried them.

I have probably put 6000 rounds through a Glock 30 .45. 0 failures, in other words, it is the AK47 of handguns. I have also put in the neighborhood of 40-50000 through various 1911 style autos, most through Ed Brown customized Series 70;s. If I were shooting a speed event, which I’ve done a lot of, I’d take the 1911, my CCW gun is the Glock, that’s all you need to know! I regularly practice with empty shotgun shells at 10 yards with my Glock, it is a great firearm, and dead nuts reliable, no fooling with recoil springs, throating barrels, etc. pull the trigger and it goes bang over and over.
