I really think it’s a bit much, to expect 3rd graders to cope with this trans-gender, trans-sexual, “sexual identity” business.

Heck, many of us adults have trouble coping with it all. Why do we have to expect children, in this case 3rd graders, to take it all in and act like it’s normal and not unusual???

I have a homosexual friend
I have no "transsexual" friends.
I will have no "transsexual" friends. I am too close to the insanity that runs through a family I have been close to for half a century. I don't care to associate, even at a distance, with consciously assumed insanity.

Kids that young simply have zero real understanding of anything about sex or sexual orientation.

They know that (most) boys play differently from most girls. They know if they fight with their sisters, they will tell Mom. That, and maybe the whole cootie thing, are about all they know.

It sounds like this boy just wants to play with the girls; hoping that they wouldn’t bully him. It also sounds like the mother really wanted a daughter, and encouraged these delusions. Allowing this fantasy to get this far is child abuse — on the parts of the parents, and all officials involved.

I won’t “cope with it”. I reject it outright. In this case, we’re talking about a confused boy and his evil, deranged mother.

Such a conundrum...

If your little boy puts on a dress, you beat the hell out of him. Every time.
