The Democratic party disagrees — they are the ones who picked the judges that decided that the death penalty was “cruel and unusual” for rape cases.

They’ll scream bloody murder about how conservatives don’t take rape seriously, but they are the ones that decided it just wasn’t worth putting anybody to death over.

I thought the reasoning is that, if the rapist knows he will be sentenced to death for rape, he would just kill his victim.
