No more than 10......probably a green screen. Notice at the bottom of the blown up photo there is a “woman” in purple and her face is skewed by digitizing. Then, lower and just to the right of the bottom of the middle of the photo is another goof on the digitizing......there is an arm of a person with nothing else attached. yes.....maybe a couple of people there but it seems there was addition by subtraction.
Looks like someone is impaled on the fencing . . . like something out of The Philadelphia Experiment. An awful way to go.
