You are lucky to have not been a couple miles SE, say SR7 and NW 19St..

I know that area very well. I knew the owner of the previous carwash on that corner. Also I used to do a lot of business with a Korean guy a couple of blocks east of SR7 on 19th. Also I frequent Rick & Carol's store at 38th ave and 19th. Across the street from Rick & Carol's I know Duke who exports stuff to Haiti. And just south 3 blocks at 16th street a couple of blocks east of SR7, I know Cecil who exports to Jamaica via his company, Continental Shipping. Oh, and that whole building in that industrial park, I know just about everybody there.

So yeah, I am familiar with that area so I know it is not dangerous.

p.s. I used to go there even more often when Carlton sold jerk chicken & pork that he would cook up there on Fridays and Saturdays.
