My work often took me deep inside schools and government facilities, at many locations they work hard.
But some are infested with slugs!
Not unusual to see rooms full of unused office equipment.
I recall seeing about a half acre of Aeron chairs!
Sometime later, at the one man security stand, there are three of them!!!
If they don’t spend their budget, their budget gets smaller for the next year. Typical government policy.
