Majority of Business don’t have non-identity bathroom.
Why is it that the government can so easily trample on the rights of straight people? Especially Christians?
I never understood why identical single occupant bathrooms have to be designated male or female. They aren’t any different looking than bathrooms in private homes. Committed Neal bathrooms with side by side toilets, especially those with no stalls or privacy, are a different story.
Surprisingly, since I can’t stand Moonbeam, I’m not really troubled by this. I think it only makes sense that single-stall bathrooms be available to anyone. Since you are in there alone, it doesn’t matter. Much better solution than trying to force multi-person bathrooms to be ‘inclusive’.
Why is less than 1% of the population forcing immoral rules? Rhetorical question but still would like a dagumed answer.
gay people are about, what? 2 percent of the population
and trans people are about 1/100th of that
you’d think the USA was overrun with trannies the way the rulers are acting
next we’ll have ‘furry’ bathrooms
cutting edge nanny state BS & rejection of laws of nature
The tyrants of Sacramento strike again. You subjects need them to tell you how to live properly. It’s so good we have them.
Not a big deal but women get the dirty end of the stick on this one.
Women do not like to use the Men’s room even single stall because some guys do not lift the toilet seat when they pee.
I wonder which bathroom Moonbeam uses, if any.
Many large schools and buildings already have single, stand alone toilet facilities so this law is just catching up to something that has been around for decades.
We should name the bill after the State Rep. Phil Ting. It will be known as the “Ting-le Bill”.
This begs a question: has there ever, in the history of the United States, been a bit of PC silliness that was NOT embraced by California?
I have used a single-occupancy men’s room bathroom when we’re on the road and we stop at a gas station and I really have to go. If a man is waiting when I’m done, I simply apologize and it’s no big deal. Single seats don’t need to be designated as male or female, except that women don’t want to sit on a seat where a man has just peed. ;)
As horrific as this worldview represents, I think this might be read to mean something it’s not. What I’m reading is that public restrooms where occupants go in and lock the door must let either males or females in. Of course, it’s pure fascism to mandate that private businesses do this, or else, but it’s a far cry from de-sexing intimate public changing areas.
