The fact that so many are talking abut cancelling the next debates means they think hilLIARy averted a disaster, and they don’t expect to get lucky 3 times
Where is HilLIARy today?
Trump stayed after the debate answering questions until 2:30 AM
She went immediately home and back to bed
He won. Why shouldn’t he? However, he should demand somebody objective. Lester Holt was a disgrace, didn’t even bother to keep his bias in check.
Trump made reference to some ‘behind the curtains’ tirade that HilLIARy had, that apparently was witnessed by others.
What was that all about? Does anyone know?
The more I contemplate the debate, I think Trump in a way made Clinton lay all her cards on the table...
The dems think they did well using those cards. The dems don’t change playbooks...
but in reality The Trump campaign can now build answers to every point they will use against him and decimate her at every question for the next debate...
Yes. I felt he wasted many opportunities. He’s not going to pass it up again. And the more people hear Hillary the more they can’t stand her. It was so obvious she had every question in advance and she knew Lester was going to do all he could to help her. Trump is smart enough to change tactics.
I’ve already heard the iPad rumor and the fake FedEx rumor.
Fair format for future debates:
8 questions from the DNC (3 to their own party’s candidate 3 to opponent’s and 2 identical questions asked of both candidates)
8 questions from the RNC (3 to their own party’s candidate 3 to opponent’s and 2 identical questions asked of both candidates)
2 questions from the top rated conservative radio host
2 questions from the top rated liberal radio host
ditto with top liberal and conservative TV hosts. (two each)
Moderator keeps the time clock... and READS questions...
yep. but that would be fair
I HATE using that word because it sounds so non conservative.
But EVERYONE was right and i was wrong. Yeah, a little unfair, so what. suck it up.
BUT THAT WAS MASSIVELY unfair.
Thing is, from what i’ve read and heard, people raelized this.
I’d almost agree but it should be four from a Conservative talk show host/pundit and four from a Liberal pundit (Liberals are rare on talk radio nowadays).
Since Mike Tyson and Don King have closely alligned themselves with President Trump, I think a boxing analogy is quite appropriate.
Often, boxers will enter the ring "over trained" and overly anxious to "get it on." From the opening bell they come running across the ring to get to their opponent before he's gotten out of his corner. They begin throwing punches, lefts and rights, uppercuts and jabs. A good counter puncher eludes many of these punches and throws perhaps 10% as many punches.
Then comes round two. Ah, the agressor suddenly realizes they have expended much of their arm strength. You can see this when a boxer begins extending his arm(s) and forming arcs with his hands in an attempt to get the blood flowing back to his forearms and fists. And then the counter puncher has him right where he wants him. Unable to throw with power, and even weakened in defense, many boxers have lost exactly this way.
Ironically, during this exchange, you will often hear the crowd and the corner yelling, "We won round one! We won round one!" But there are no one-round fights. Three rounds maybe, or six, or eight, or ten, or twelve, but never one round.
So Hillary, surrogates, media, and fans, I'll concede you won round one. The problem (for you) is Trump never intended to win round one. He did exactly what he planned, he set everything up for round two. Well done, Donald! My odds for Trump winning this fight (election) have now escalated to 5-2.
And the SAME question to both candidates!
