How do I read those/these graphs ?

Not sure just what you mean? The pictures posted... Well, you look at them--

On the game picks, those picking a team to win have their avatar on the side for that team.

Below all those for Miami are to the left where the name "Dolphins" is, those for Cincy are to the right where it says "Bengals":
