My dog Chester was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer a couple of months ago. We took him to the park on Saturday and bought him a bacon double cheeseburger. Sunday he was a little listless and Monday he died. It’s kind of a tradition with us to try to make their last few days special. He was supposed to go camping with me this week, but never made it.

I used to have a Norwegian Elkhound, related to huskies. She loved snow. Worst time in her life was when we lived in So. Cal. Horrible. I can relate to this woman’s love for her Spunky. Glad he’s getting to enjoy that last snow.
