BS. I’ve been a YouTube partner for seven years. You can put up damn near anything you want as long as it’s your own creative content, is not porn and is not protected by someone elses copyright.
Type “Guns” in the YouTube search bar and you get 20,700,000 results. Twenty million, seven hundred thousand videos with “Guns” in the keywords. The gamer vids are full of violence and, as far as I can tell, unless you put “Safe for all ages” on your channel, there is no limit to the language you can use.
You can get your message out and maybe make a little money to boot. Just play by the simple rules, basically, no porn and don’t steal other peoples stuff and call it your own.
To this day, there are certain videos that are so controversial that Youtube will often remove them for any reason from copyright to some guy being offended by some little thing. Just flag it enough times and Voila.
