Single women worried about finding Mr Right before getting too old should freeze their eggs as they dive into dating, a prominent sexologist has said. Dr Nikki Goldstein, 30, froze her eggs nearly a year ago and said the procedure had given a new lease on her love life. With an admitted preference for older men, Dr Goldstein said being frank with her dates about having her eggs frozen took a lot of pressure off budding romances.

I think I recently read that only 10% of frozen eggs can be viably used.
Also, I would think that unless harvesting directly from the uterus, the eggs from the ovary would cause menopause to come early, but for which pregnancy could still occur, albeit with reproductive tissues no longer quite as supple.

Well, this is certainly beyond my frame of reference. I never, ever, had discussions with dates about egg cells or sperm cells. Geez. It takes the pressure off of budding romances??? Really???

Actually it’s you that doesn’t. Stimulation to release eggs can have that exact effect. It is something egg donors are warned about.
