“You might be a true-blooded American if your first thought is “Yeah, but can I BBQ it?”.” You bet. Actually, I’ve been wanting to take my AR-10 .308 rifle to Texas and hunt one of those hogs. You can’t hunt with high power rifles in Indiana. But I have a rule about not hunting anything I don’t intend to eat. I have nothing against others that are into sport or trophy hunting but it’s just not for me.

I visited my daughter near Houston in July. We ate pork from one of the 2 feral hogs she shot in her back yard 2 weeks before. It was delicious.
