Gonzaga University is a private Roman Catholic university located in Spokane, Washington, United States. Founded in 1887 by the Society of Jesus, it is one of 28 member institutions of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. It is named for the young Jesuit saint Aloysius Gonzaga.

LOL, nobody I knew in Texas heard of the school until about 15 years ago, when the basketball team became a fixture in the NCAA Tournament.

It's an excellent university, and going to school there was one of the best experiences of my life. Forty years after graduation, I routinely stay in contact with classmates, whether they be accounting grads or ROTC cadets. Our success in basketball has created numerous opportunities to reconnect in a festive atmosphere.

The campus is located in Spokane, Washington, a beautiful area of the country.
