You definitely hit it! Woman are allowed to get away with it. People will just shrug off their behavior as being due to meds or hormones. Very little consequences.
We live in a femocracy - it’s not a matriarchy per say, but rather a society that bends over backwards to fulfill the wants, needs concerns and desires of woman.
Such societies eventually collapse when they are taken over by a masculine based group.
