I would call that constriction (small pupils), not dilation (big pupils).

She's outside on what appears to be a sunny day, so it seems right. They're small, but not so small I'd call them pinpoint, hard to tell without a much higher resolution original version of this image. (Pinpoint is a bad sign - Pupils can get stuck tiny with drug use/head injury.) Would need to see reactivity (change in pupils to change in light) to have a better opinion.

Also the pupils look equal in size, given the limitations of the photo.

Funny, to me anyway, that the shipped-with-this-story-photo from a week ago is available as a HUGE image from many sources, but this one today was not, so far as google knows, picked up by any "news" organizations.

They're reactive. Looked correct on the plane. Found this pic.

Now I wonder what is up with her dental hygiene?
