I was in front of that building in May and there’s no way a motorcade would have been missed. Maybe they have a garage entrance, but even then you’d think someone would have seen them arrive. A presidential nominee’s motorcade complete with an ambulance isn’t routine.
It is possible that Hillary’s car went directly to her home not to the apartment.
