Multiply this by hundreds. On nuclear submarines, during wartime.

Did she weigh 300 lbs.?

No. 307.5.

Since when do 307lb women pass the physical aspects of basic training?? I am sure she was only about 5’ 4” tall

I was just joking. 300-pound woman plus 7.5-pound baby = 307.5 pounds.

This must have been one fat active duty sailor that nobody could notice she was pregnant.

I knew a woman who was not aware she was pregnant until she went into labor.

It wasn't "fat" that hid her pregnancy. Just the opposite, she was tall and slim, very fit, and i guess the baby had lots of room to stretch out.

There was a reality show for awhile that told stores of women with unexpected deliveries.

I couldn't figure out how you could not feel the baby moving, especially toward the end of your pregnancy. But I'm a short person who did carry the baby where no one could mistake whether I was pregnant or not.
