Totally agree. The most inane defense of Marshall, Kap and others has been - it’s their First Amendment right and they should be able to do it. Yes, that’s right - it protects them from getting prosecuted by the government for their actions unlike in North Korea where you get firing squad by anti-aircraft cannon for sleeping/slouching in a meeting.
But it doesn’t protect you from your employers/sponsors from taking their own Constitutionally protected actions if they disagree. Not a hard concept, even for muddleheaded libs.
