My assumption is that since she was in NYC, she was attending to family business. No need for conspiracy theories.
Fool, it is no “conspiracy” theory, I am merely pointing out that she goes just about everywhere else with Hillary but it did not mean anything to her to go to the 9/11 Memorial.
More than that, she would not WANT to be there because she is not a patriotic American.
