just in Seattle and could not believe the tents everywhere....under bridges, alongside I-5 and I think we drove past the famous "jungle" where people have been killed....apparently heroin use is commonplace...
but heroin use by consenting adults is apparently victim less...so there's that..
Until you die from heroin, which then makes you a victim. And is happening more frequently.
