It just seems to me that these people have been through this a thousand times.
She can barely stand up and they don’t seem at all alarmed, don’t call an ambulance, etc.
It could be they just don’t give a $**t, knowing how she treats them.
They might be happy to let her fall flat on her face and whisper “who’s a $h!t-kicker now?” (and kick her)
