In the beginning, the woman to her left is stabilizing her, at that point she looked rigid, then could not bear weight when stepping off the curb. She ought to be using a wheelchair!
It also didn't look like a faint to me. It looked more like a mini seizure of sorts. I know the time I fainted many years ago I just kneeled over, no stumbling and shaking of head, just down like a rock.
