No, that’s NOT true; pneumonia can strike a healthy person, all on its own. OTOH, she has a lot of illnesses in that body ( and mind ), so in her case, it could be a “secondary” hit.

Yeah, pneumonia can strike anybody. It's fatal in individuals who have a weak immune system.
