I don’t know why customers of the other banks would be concerned when they were told they could only withdraw $100 a day in cash. /s
When the bank cut its capital from $500k to $200k two years earlier, it should have been obvious that the bankers were getting their money back out when they could, and it was just a matter of kicking the can down the road as far as they could after that.
