Since Hillary is most likely lesbian or bi-sexual, it would not be a stretch to assume she and Bill shared encounters with AIDS sickos.
Only male homosexuals transmit AIDS. (as a general rule) While I have utter disgust for Bill Clinton, I would not go so far as to suggest he has any interest in male homosexuals, nor did Hillary.
But the theory is not necessarily wrong. There are a whole host of viral and bacteriological infections that occur from having large numbers of sex partners.
Whatever Bill Caught, Hillary eventually caught too.
I do not think though that either of the Clintons were resident in or spent much time in San Francisco or in Haiti, were affiliated with male homosexuality, were IV drug users, or had blood transfusions. Excepting those risk factors, AIDS then and today is almost entirely a risk limited to male homosexuals with multiple partners. AIDS transmission between lesbians is a medical rarity. So Hillary skates the risk of AIDS on that point.
