This probably not a good idea. Video at link.

Really bad taste, I hope they are driven out of business.

And I’m always being told New York is a hellhole and Texas is the bastion of American values. At least, Ted Cruz told me that.

I am getting so tired of the term “outrage”. I see it several times a day. It’s bad for your blood pressure and sanity.
Don’t buy a mattress if you don’t want, but outrage means nothing to me.

Some of our most liberal relatives live in Texas. There are no perfet states.

I think the CEO’s letter, at the link, takes care of the issue. I would agree that the responsible persons should be fired. Too stupid to continue to serve. That said, I think the apology on the part of the company is sufficient.
To: trisham
Well, that’s very true. But we have some folks here who think Texas is the most perfect state in the union and all others suck. What’s good for the goose...

Extremely poor taste. Thank goodness they apologized immediately. I do agree, fire or reprimand those responsible. To do this on as we approach the anniversary of 9/11 is sick. Continued prayers for all those families who lost loved ones and those who were injured. We love you and we care about you all.

I’m in Texas (a native Texan), with family/friends in NY. This ad is beyond reprehensible. I wonder if their next ad will mock what happened at the Alamo.
Idiots.
I hope they’re driven out, on the rails.

I agree. I have no urge to help someone destroy this man’s business. The Boss acknowledged the mistake and he apologized. Mistakes happen here and there when you give people decision making power.

Have you watched the video? I was sure it was a hoax until it turned out it wasn’t. The people who did this should be stoned.

Agreed. New Hampshire and Texas blame liberals for moving to their states. Which states haven’t experienced that?
Hubris. It’s a dangerous thing.
