True, but it's connected by bus to Greenmount Avenue, one of the crappiest parts of Baltimore.

Public transportation was what killed the suburban mall. Case in point: Back in the 1990s SEPTA transit workers went on strike. Shoplifting at local malls declined by huge margins; the King of Prussia mall reported a 70% decrease in retail theft alone. I won’t go to movie theatres that can be accessed by busses for the same causational reason.
