Guards in civilian clothes will be patrolling France’s trains from October, as a new law comes into effect following a foiled terror attack last year.

The move has been planned since August last year when train passengers overpowered a man who had opened fire with a Kalashnikov on a train between Amsterdam and Paris. […]

Introduction of the changes took so long due to the complicated process of rewriting French law, but also the time needed to train and equip the guards.

The guards will be on patrol in pairs on regional trains, TGVs, and even on commuter lines. …

With this and the Calais blockade, maybe the French are getting serious at long last?

This will be standard world wide as nations become Police states for this invasion of illiterate and violent peoples.
What is most interesting is that the people aren’t really opposing this .....and we aren’t doing enough here either....so it will continue to travel the world...The Islamic March is alive and well and nations are enabling it.

Just think of how many ways we have to adjust to live our lives. Think of how many unnecessary expenses could have been avoided if Western countries just kept Muslims out.

Exactly —set up a police state to protect us from the terrorists that they bring in and allow to come across our borders

This is what the Eurocrats have wanted. Their Stockholm Program is a “five-year plan” for a surveillance state, and they have been looking for a crisis to kick it into high gear. (Funny how they criticize the ID card idea in the USA while pushing one of their own, and in a draconian bent.)

This is a good first step. But it will not end well. I read With Lawrence in Arabia by Lowell Thomas when I was a kid. A lot of the guerrilla tactics of the Arabs involved blowing up trains by messing with the tracks.

In Europe, they use train travel like we use planes. The infrastructure cannot be adequately guarded from an enemy that “hides” in the open within your midst.

Thus, Marine Le Pen’s statement that “Those who used to say there was no problem, now way there is no solution!”

But that’s not PC. We must be PC. Diversity is our strength. It’ not who we are. Blah, blah, blah.

The left is just so freaking stupid. They, and I might add, far to many that claim to be conservative have fallen for the trap set by CAIR. Islamophobia is a virtue and survival instinct, not a vice.
