Love hot peppers and used to grow several varieties every year. This year I have a peach ghost pepper that is super hot. I need to make chili as these make anything hot, like soups or crockpot surprise meals.
I use a potato peeler to get inside and clean out the pepper seeds. I also like to use the whipped cream cheese or softened variety vs. the harder ‘bar’ of cream cheese.
