Once elected, if unable to serve, I am sure she has a way to leverage the position into more power by giving it up profitably. Alternately, there is probably no law that says the president has to be competent. Yes, we are supposed to know about their health, but Congress would need to impeach her to get rid of her and impeachment is not a reliable way to remove them from office, as we have seen. Look at Joe Biden, who obviously has some sort of health or mental problem, but is still serving as the vice president.
