Probably ran it as a raffle. Winner gets to have dinner with Trump IF Trump agrees to dinner for a million dollar donation - and if he doesn't, the crook keeps it all.

So of course, Trump will be "asked" through a one inch ad in the Alaska Sub Zero Times, public paper edition, serviced by plane to the Eskimos.
