To: Celtic Conservative

I used to make my own venison jerky with a Brinkman smoker I had using High Mountain Jerky Cure. I always liked mine a little sweet but hot after a minute. Yummy out on the cross-country ski trail.

I have a work friend who processes a lot of his into jalapeno cheddar meat sticks. Dee-lish!!
