49ers' Colin Kaepernick linked to suspicious incident in Miami [NO charges filed; got away with it?]

Miami police said Thursday that 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and two other NFL players are linked to an investigation involving a woman who said she woke up in a hospital after drinking with the players, but said none of the players had been arrested or charged with any crime.

The April 1 incident involved a woman with whom Kaepernick reportedly had a previous sexual relationship and happened at the Miami apartment of Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Ricardo Lockette, according to a four-page police report. The woman filed the report with Miami police on the evening of April 3.

Kaepernick was cleared, no charges were ever filed, but gosh darn, with all the misogyny in the NFL, shouldn't more question be asked?!

From Powerline: Kaepernick, who is biracial and was adopted by a white couple, is playing, according to Spotrac, under “a 6 year, $114,000,000 contract with the San Francisco 49ers, including a $12,328,766 signing bonus, $61,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $19,000,000.” When he talks about oppression, I take it Kaepernick is not referring to his own experience.
This guy should be thanking God, instead he sits down for the national anthem. What a phony, an ingrate and a spoiled bastard.
