Just the other day, for lunch I had a bowl of red curry chicken, 4 stars at Thai Bamboo in Coeur d’Alene. A little rice on the side. Deeeeeelicious. For those who don’t know, the number of stars is heat index. 3 stars is moderate. 4 stars will make you start to sweat and your lips tingle. 5 stars will set you mouf on fi-YAH!6 stars or I didn't eat.
