What they said was that mayor’s order as it was written....won’t pass the constitutional test. There could be some effort to write the law and have it passed nationally.
But I think if you just limit this business to facial coverings....it’d be fine with most people.
Eventually at some point....some comedian is going to enter this whole debate and play the fake-burqa gal routine, and then what? Since nuns and priests are already deemed open for comedians...the burqa gals will get their dose.
I never heard of this situation before today, so ... I ask .... What argument/reasoning was used to pass it in the first place ?
