I blame the perps, no matter what drug they prefer. It was their decision to use those drugs. The drugs did not inxidiously insert themselves into the perps’ bodies.
I never said nor implied that the perps shouldn’t be blamed for the murder that they committed. My point was and is that the use of meth is clearly associated with violent behavior and those who argue that it should be dismissed as “a victimless crime” are fools.
