How did this even get to court? Because he’s a cop? That’s WHY it should never have reached the court, it’s ridiculous!
His suit *might* have a better chance if it was lodged against whoever gave him his firearms training. On the other hand, I’m pretty sure whoever that was told him not to do anything this stupid.
