Prostitute? Because she wants someone who is stable and knows how to run his finances? I don’t see it. I think it is a wise and mature thing for her to do.
The fact that he has a good credit score doesn’t mean that she expects him to take care of him. It could mean that she doesn’t want him to overspend and take her money with him. She identified ability to handle money as an important skill in a spouse, and I approve of her ability to see into the future at a young age.
No she isn’t. She simply wants to make sure the guy is responsible and can pay HIS way. I think it is a good metric.
