I don’t know how she’s able to claim accessing someone’s credit information unless she has their Written Consent and social security number - as a legitimate employer or land lord / property manager.

While she may come off the wrong way in presenting this, I have no problem with the philosophy. I've talked to my son in college about this. I don't want him marrying some girl with $100,000 in college debt unless she is in a career that makes that much a year or more.

Love is love, and business is business. And a marriage is a merger, and if you take on a "company" with high debt, and small revenue, you are setting yourself up for failure.
