Well that’s because Samsung did the right thing. Even though there are only 35 confirmed cases out of 2.5 million (around 0.0014%) they recalled them all. And those other 2,499,965 are still the best smartphone on the planet period.
Now, if it was Apple we’d hear how it’s the customer’s fault, they’re not using right, it’s such a small percentage that it’s not an issue, etc.
The way Samsung handles such situations is the way a manufacturer SHOULD do it.
The way Apple handles such situations is the way a money-grubbing shifty company tries to do it.
