Trump needs to beat the margin of fraud. It is hard to say what that margin actually is, but I suspect it is more than 5%.
I think it's normally 2-3%, but the Democrats are in a panic this time and are going to take risks to get it over 5%. Might be a good opportunity to catch them in the act and get the evidence into the hands of foreign media.
