The Mercedes AMG GTS is one I have looked at too. I have started one, but not driven one. They have great V8 engine noise even with the turbos.
The cars I have been looking at are 911 Turbo S, McLaren 570S, Lamborghini Huracan, Ferrari 488. I have 3 other vehicles and probably would not get rid of any of them: Toyota 4Runner, Mercedes C300 4Matic, Audi S6.
Living near Denver I have Ferrari, Porsche and Lamborghini dealerships nearby. The closest McLaren dealership is in Dallas. They say no problem on service, just put it on a car hauler to us and we will send it back. Inconvenient compared to the others.
Problem is that I like the Mclaren the best with 488 a tie except price.
The BMW I8 is a neat car.
Neat. But no manuals. I still find an automatic transmission in an exotic to be an insult.
It’s like performing in a marathon to win - Only you hate the idea of running.
