Having recently gone through the UTI thing with my father after heart surgery, it was eyeopening to see just how batsh!t crazy it can make an elderly person.
The Dr.s and nurses told us that many are misdiagnosed with Dementia and Alzhiemers when all it is, is a UTI.
And UTIs make people with dementia decline faster too.
The ER doctor or nurse told me the same thing about my mother.
