I'm not even sure that Soros is an American citizen, or if he even resides in the United States.

I do realize that GLOBAL extreme wealth and extreme corruption and power are fungible.

Ask the British. He destroyed the Bank of England. Some felt it was treason.

Ask the French. Soro’s was convicted of insider trading crime in France.

Your “question premise” of a missing “after-the-fact” (i.e. been tried for treason) to imply the lack of existence “of-the-fact” (i.e. So, why..), denies the implicit existence “of-the-fact”.

The bigger question would be: Why a non-recommendation on an indictment on HRC?
