I had an early Windows phone for work that was a disaster. Its was probably the best phone I’ve ever used. It was recently replaced with a ihpone that I absolutely hate. It is such an annoyance that I look for ways NOT to use it.
I actually asked the IT guy if I could go back to the Winphone. He just looked at me and said, “you too?”
I guess it depends how you use the phone. I’ve never been a big app user. Mostly I use it for calls, email, calendar, and a few other utilities which I can find good substitutes for in the Windows App store.
I was on the fence about the Lumia 950XL but a combination of discounts and a high trade-in on my old phone pushed me to it.
There are some apps I would like to have but the Edge browser in Windows 10 Mobile is nearly as good as the desktop version and I can enjoy websites fully using that.
