If I were a shareholder, I’d be so pissed. (no pun intended) Let the shoppers pee before they come shopping. $20M???
people would have to be stark raving crazy to shop at Target while it maintains its pro-rape and child-abuse-enabling policy
Crash and burn, perverts.
It’s hard to believe anybody would be surprised by this
Keep the pressure on. They need to be made an example of.
The $20 mil is just the money they’re spending on the bathrooms, doesn’t mention the tens of millions lost in sales.
“retailer will add them to more locations by November, and then again after the holiday season, which it doesnt want to disrupt with repairs, and be done by March.”
It’s only August,for heaven’s sake.
,
Yeah. Well.
TGT has annual income of $74 BILLION and earns a net profit of nearly $5 billion each year. $20 million is literally nothing.
TGT has financial problems before this stupid move on bathrooms and it’s not helping any, but the other factors are what is depressing the stock price, just look at their 2 year stock price history.
They should put in the single-stall bathrooms, everyone should in fact, and that would be the end of this nonsense. Most multi-stall restrooms are over half wasted space, so it would be cheaper in the long run.
It used to be two restrooms, Man-woman, with maybe five stalls each. Now it is TEN restrooms with one stool each.
As someone on FR mentioned, Obama is just keeping the Carpenter’s and Plumbers unions working!
I have a quilting business, and I'm always busy, word of mouth and during the holiday season I hire a few ladies that love to quilt and split the proceeds for their time...
This is how we debunk these corporations that want to get federal money, and they do some how or other, and Target is really feeling the problems now, mainly because we in our town have let it be known WHY we won't shop Target!!!
It looks like the transgender demographic is not a big as they thought it was, not to mention how many non-transgendered who were so offended by this policy they stopped shopping there.
I stopped shopping at that place when they kicked out the Salvation Army. Haven’t spent a dome there since.
Questions:
Do women try on clothes in these new restrooms?
Are the rejected clothes put back on the rack for sale after spending time on the floor next to a toilet?
Now the perverts will be able to corner their victims in a private room without fear of interruption.
It’s more than just the bathrooms. What about dressing rooms?
