Several departments in the task force assisted, including those of Addison, Chicago, Hoffman Estates, New Lenox, Olympia Fields, Streamwood, Lombard, DuPage County and Will County.I'm inferring from that that "Elgin" is in Illinois.
Why can't posters realize that simply saying "Elgin" could be anywhere?
Not even necessarily in the U.S.

Now all I have to do is remember this problem!
