but I am divided on the effect they have had. I have also donated to him in the past but not recently.

I believe this is the first time I've read anything by him. He makes many good points, though some, like paying taxes to feed the beast, need rethinking.

The founders left us a number of tools to deal with a government gone rouge (and that's the case here, IMO). The problem is getting people motivated enough to get off their duff and do something about it.
